  • A lot of badass energy. Given that we are an outdoor fitness class, your coaches harness their creativity to bring you a new workout everyday with lots of different gym equipment. Most workouts are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style, circuit style, or a slower pace focused on strength with dumbbells ranging from 2-110lbs! Our coaches craft workouts daily to give you a personal training experience in a group setting. Whether you are here to feel good, lose weight, build lean muscle, we will give you a workout with personalizations to bring you closer to your goals.

  • All of your fitness trainers are industry professionals. We are certified personal trainers through ACE American Counsel on Exercise and also First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

  • 100% yes. This is group personal training- not your typical group fitness class. We modify things to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. All fitness levels are welcome. We don’t believe in a one size fits all model, we see you for you, and give you everything that you need to be successful. We invest in every single person who comes to classes because we genuinely care about your longterm success. We are your coaches, friends, accountability buddies, and cheerleaders.
